1.What does a BBapartment offer?

Each BBapartment is fitted with every comforts and offers customized services. It represents an ideal solution for tourists or business men who prefer the warmth and comfort of a house rather than the room of a hotel or of a residence.

2.Which services are included?

The service included are the initial and final cleaning, linen and towels, utility and wi-fi.

3.How the extra services can be paid?

The extra services can be paid at the end of your stay with cash, wire transfer or credit card or PayPal. Payments with credit cards or PayPal are accepted with a 3% surcharge.

4.Cleaning is included??

The price of the apartment includes the initial/final cleaning and the supply of the bed/bathroom linens. On request, with rates defined according to the type of apartment, at the booking and for periods of stay of 7 days at least, the service of cleaning and change of linens can be arranged.

5.How can I book a BBapartment?

To book an apartment fill in the booking form in the “Booking” section regarding each apartment. Upon receipt of the booking request form BB Apartments will send you the procedure to confirm the booking.

6.How much does a BBapartment cost?

Each apartment has specific features and rates. BB Apartments will calculate and notify you the price upon completion and sending of the form with indication of the apartment and of the period of stay.

7.How does the payment of the rent take place?

The Rental Fee payment can be made from distance by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal within 5 days from the access to the apartment together with the deposit for the coverage of any loss or damage. The deposit will be refunded within 5 days from the termination of the contract, provided that no losses or damages are found.

8.Which are the methods of payment?

The rent can be paid by wire transfer, credit card or Paypal.

9.Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

Our cancellation policy is “Soft”: Reservations that are canceled 14 days before the start of your stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations that are delated 7 days prior to the beginning of your stay will receive 50% refund.

10.Is it possible to extend the stay?

We suggest to inform us in advance if you intend to extend your stay. Should the apartment be available, the stay will be extended at the rates applicable according to the duration of the extension. In case of non availability of the same apartment, a new apartment will be assigned, if available.

11.When the booking becomes effective?

The booking becomes effective upon receipt by BB Apartments the payment.

12.Which are the times of check in and check out of the apartments?

Check in / out is free from Monday to Friday from 10 h to 18 h.
Costs check in / out overtime:
6-10: € 60 distinguish
18-22: € 60
22-6: € 120
Holidays, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 18: € 50 .

13.Who will welcome me at the check in the BBapartment?

A member of BB Apartments staff will welcome you at the apartment. You just have to ring at the name or number indicated in the booking form.

14.The rates are VAT included?

The rates are VAT included.

15.BB Apartments will issue an invoice and/or a receipt?

At the end of your stay BB Apartments will release an invoice and/or receipt according to your needs.
